Updated on the 1st of June 2021 for all travel until the 31st December 2021.
We want you to be able to book with confidence at Spirit Journeys Worldwide, while recognising that we are still living in uncertain times when it comes to travel. That’s why we’re introduced the following policy to give you flexibility and reassurances that we will look after you and reinforce our commitment to customer service excellence.
We are now taking a low deposit of £100 per person, per tour with the balance payable 1 month before departure. This is to ensure that we can monitor Scottish Government guidelines for travel within and to/from Scotland and also so you can monitor local Covid-19 restrictions by your government on travel to Scotland, the UK or your destination of travel.
For bookings moving to 2022, we may have to apply increases in-line with our supplier costs and will advise you of this as far in advance as possible, at least eight weeks prior to departure.
Should you need flexibility we can assist you in moving your dates to 2022, this may incur additional charges and we will keep you fully informed along the way.
As with all travel we highly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any changes or cancellations you may need to make.
For all bookings, if Covid-19 specifically impacts your plans nearer to the departure date, contact us and we will still do our best to rearrange your trip as best we can.
