Day 1 — ARRIVAL MEDITATION
Welcome to Croatia!

You will have an organized transfer from Zagreb airport and Zagreb bus station to Ekodrom Estate. Our retreat officially starts at 5 pm with an introduction circle.

Take time to settle in the room and ambient; explore the organic plumb farm in front of the estate or relax in a hammock.
Our in-house chef will delight us with dinner served on the porch immersed in green.

After dinner, we will have a meditation and set the intentions for the week.

Day 2 — YOGA ANCIENT SOUNDS WORKSHOP FOREST BATHING
Our morning starts with gentle Yoga practice followed by a yummy brunch.

For the afternoon is planned “Ancient Sounds” workshop. We will do breathing and voice exercises to help you to dive into your body and your natural rhythm; let go of tensions, and prepare for intuitive singing.

After singing, it’s time for forest bathing! We will explore wild nature around the estate and walk in silence. Once when we arrive back, a delicious dinner will wait for us.

The evening is reserved for stargazing around the bonfire, listening to the soul music in the background!.

Day 3 — YOGA PLITVICE LAKES
You already know our morning routine – Yoga and brunch.

Today we will visit Plitvice Lakes National Park – a chain of 16 terraced lakes, joined by waterfalls, that extend into a limestone canyon. They are the most famous site in Croatia and are listed on UNESCO Heritage List.

Dinner, sweet dinner will be served once when we arrive back home.

And the last touch of the day – meditation under the shiny sky.

Day 4 — YOGA SINGING WORKSHOP CACAO CEREMONY
After energizing with our morning Yoga and brunch routine, you’ll have free time to enjoy and relax in this magical piece of land.

Later in the afternoon, Magdalena will hold a singing workshop, teaching us how to create a place of vocal liberation and a sense of connection.

Dinner.

We will conclude the day with a sacred cacao ceremony; intense and heart-opening medicine, allowing us to connect deeper with ourselves and others.

Day 5 — YOGA LEISURE TIME PLANT A TREE
Our mission for today is to plant a tree on our own and develop an intimate relationship with nature.

The rest of the day is planned for leisure activities like; massages, chilling in a hot tub, sauna, or book reading in the hammock.

Day 6 — YOGA DEPARTURE

Yoga, brunch, and return home with a clear mind and happy heart :)…or you can stay in Croatia forever!
