Leaving the port, travel through rolling Highland countryside, passing peaceful villages, farmland and sweeping views that make this region so special. Along the way, your local driver-guide will share stories of Highland culture, history and, of course, Scotland’s most famous export, single malt whisky.
During the tour, you will visit two carefully selected whisky venues, where you will learn about the centuries-old craft of whisky making. Discover how Scotland’s “water of life” is created, from malted barley and pure Highland water to the copper stills and oak casks that give each whisky its unique character. At each stop, you will have the opportunity to enjoy tastings of fine Highland whisky, experiencing the distinctive flavours that make this region famous among whisky lovers around the world.
Between visits, enjoy a scenic drive through beautiful Highland villages and landscapes, with opportunities for photographs and to soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the Scottish countryside.
After a relaxing and flavourful journey through the Highlands, you will return comfortably to Invergordon Port with plenty of time before your ship’s departure.

Participants must be 18 years or over to take part in whisky tastings. Please note that Scottish licensing laws and Sunday opening hours may affect which venues are visited. On Sundays, the itinerary may vary slightly, but we will always ensure you enjoy a wonderful Highland whisky experience.
