Rwanda Gorillas tracking 4 Days
On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by members of Kibale Tours’ team, who will transfer you to the Hotel and assist you at check in. The rest of your day will be spent at Leisure. Enjoy Dinner at your Hotel.
Overnight Stay at Radisson Blue Hotel
Breakfast at the Hotel followed by City Tour and the Genocide Memorial Museum; enjoy Lunch at a Local Restaurant in Kigali. Thereafter depart on a scenic drive to the Volcanoes National park. The journey north passes through the beautiful terraced hillsides that characterize much of Rwanda’s landscape and gradually climbs to the base of the Virunga Volcanoes, sometimes with as many as five peaks visible.
Dinner and Overnight at Volcano Safari Lodge
Have the rare opportunity to observe the famous Rwandan mountain gorillas. Tracking the gorillas through the forested slopes of the Virungas is a magical experience. Once you get to the gorillas, spend an hour with them, and be back at the base in time for a late lunch. Some gorilla families, however, are more elusive, and tracking can take a full day, especially when it is wet and muddy. Return to the Lodge for Lunch followed by Leisure in the afternoon.
Dinner and Overnight at Volcano Safari Lodge
Today you will have an another opportunity to go for golden monkey Trekking to observe the famous golden monkeys in the Virunga National Park. Enjoy Lunch at The Lodge before you depart from foothills of the Virunga Volcanoes, driving South past coffee, tea and banana plantations on a breathtaking scenic drive back to Kigali. On arrival in Kigali you will be transferred to Kigali International airport for your onwards departure flight
Rwanda Akagera and Gorilla Tracking 6 days
On arrival at Kigali International Airport in Rwanda, you will be received by one of our tour guides who will transfer you to the hotel. Overnight in Kigali Radisson Blue Hotel (High-end facility)
Early morning pick up by our company tour guide who will transfer you Kigali for a city tour and visit the local markets, art and craft shops, genocide memorial grounds and later transfer to Volcanoes National Park driving through a beautiful country side and a home to the mountain gorillas. Overnight in Volcanoes Safari Lodge (high-end facilities).
Early in the morning, we are going to start the gorilla tracking. You will receive an introduction from a Park ranger at the RDB Office. We are going to track the gorilla family through the rainforest on the volcanoes. In the afternoon we will back to Kigali for overnight in Kigali Radison Blue Hotel (High-end facility)
After breakfast, travel to Eastern Province to visit the Akagera National Park. Arriving you will do boat trip in Ihema Lake. Overnight in Ruzizi Tented Lodge (High-end facility)
Early morning after breakfast leave the hotel to the full game drive in the Akagera National Park; it will be a tour in a landscape of savannah where you will see various wild animals leopards, elephants, buffalo, giraffe and other animals such as zebras and various types of antelope, you will visit the park from South to the park exit at the north and drive back to Kigali. Overnight at Radisson Blue Hotel. (high-end facility).
After your breakfast, enjoy a city tour prior to departure. After this you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.

If you are lucky you can get to the gorillas, spend an hour with them, and be back at the base in time for a late lunch. Some gorilla families, however, are more elusive, and tracking can take a full day, especially when it is wet and muddy. Return to the Lodge for Lunch followed by Leisure in the afternoon.
Dinner and Overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge
Today you will depart for Golden Monkeys Trekking to observe the famous Rwandan mountain. Enjoy Lunch at The Lodge before you depart from foothills of the Virunga Volcanoes and drive to the ‘beach city’ of Kibuye, the capital of the Western Province of Rwanda, home to rocky beaches, peaceful islands and the lovely Ndaba Falls, which lie a short drive from the city. Dinner and Overnight at Cormorant Lodge.
Today after breakfast you will check out from your Lodge and drive to Nyungwe National Park. At an altitude of 1600-2950m above sea level, this mountainous rainforest reserve is rich in flora and fauna, with over 260 species of trees and shrubs, and over 100 types of orchid and giant lobelia alone. As well as incredible biodiversity, the park also has breathtaking views. Arrive at the Lodge for Lunch followed by optional Canopy Walk in the Afternoon. Enjoy Dinner at your Lodge followed by overnight at Nyungwe Forest Lodge ( one & only Nyungwe House).
Today you will enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge before embarking on a thrilling hike in search of chimpanzee communities. The Rwandan chimpanzee population is thought to consist of approx. 400-500 individuals, confined to the Nyungwe National Park, including a small community in the Cyamudongo Forest. Prepare to hear these excitable primates before you see them, as their pant-hoots travel through the deep forest. During your hike you may also spot migratory birdlife including the Ross’ turaco, grey-cheeked hornbill, red-breasted sparrow hawk and regal sunbird. After lunch, spend the afternoon at leisure making use of lodge facilities, or explore the surrounding area. Enjoy Dinner and Overnight at Nyungwe Forest Lodge (one & only Nyungwe House).
After breakfast, drive to Butare, the cultural heart of Rwanda and home to the former Mwami Palace (King’s Palace), as well as several universities. Also visit the Butare National Museum – a fascinating ethnographic museum containing items of traditional clothing, maps, photographs and historical artefacts. After lunch at a local restaurant in Butare, continue onto Kigali where on arrival you will be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your onwards departure Flight.
